Perfect You PMU is a leading permanent makeup service provider in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area and its surrounding counties. My company is founded on beautiful, safe and affordable permanent cosmetic treatments that are specifically tailored to the wants and needs of every client.

My permanent makeup services offer a chic, modern and natural aesthetic for all individuals. Every beauty treatment and the products I use the highest grade products and numbing creams. Please review the following information to familiarize yourself with and learn more about each of the permanent cosmetic services I offer.

Powder/Ombre Brows

This style of brows is done using a small tattoo pen. Powder/ombre brows create a filled in but very natural appearance. This styling technique results in a softer, shaded brow and provides more definition. It is great for providing symmetry and adding fill to bare areas.

This procedure can be applied to all skin types and is perfect for those who pencil or shadow their brows every day. If you have oily skin and are not a good candidate for microblading this procedure is perfect for you! It is done in two sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart. It is important to give the skin adequate time to heal between sessions. Each session is about three hours long. Numbing creams are used before and during every permanent makeup procedure.

Powder/Ombre Brows Versus Microblading

Powder/ombre brows and microbalding are both permanent beauty techniques--the main difference being how pigment is applied during each procedure.

For Microblading a handheld tool is used to gently make small cuts into the skin, while powder/ombre brows incorporate the use of a small rotary tattoo pen. Powder/Ombre brows tend to last longer than microbladed brows and are also much easier on the skin. They are also suitable for all skin types.

Powder/Ombre Brow Longevity

The typical length of time that powder/ombre brows last ranges from from 1-3 years and will depend on varying factors including age, skin type, skin care and sun exposure. Small touch ups can be done every 1-3 years to boost the color. It is a very low maintenance procedure.

Combination Brows

Just as one might assume, combination brows entail both microblading or nano hair strokes and powder/ombre brow techniques. Hair strokes are placed via microblading with a manual tool around the edges/outline of the brows. Or placed using nano technique with a small tattoo pen in addition to soft shading, applied with a rotary machine. The combo of precise hairs and shading provides an overall natural and full look.

Nano Hair Stroke Brows

Nano brows entail thin, individual strokes to the eyebrows. They allow  PMU artists to provide clients with fuller and more defined brows that appear more natural because of the amount of precision they are applied with. Nano brows last longer than microblading and are better options for clients with thinner eyebrows.

Eyeliner/Lash Enhancement

Permanent eyeliner/lash enhancement procedures yield more defined eyes with fuller and thicker appearing lashes. Eyeliner can permanently make eyes look larger and brighter, while lash enhancement provides a fuller bodied lash base by applying pigment between each individual lash.

Clients should stop the use of lash serums for at least one months prior to the two-step procedure. A touch-up is required 6-8 weeks after the first procedure, the effects of which can last for many years.

Lip Blush, Beauty Marks and Freckles

This beauty procedure has beautiful results that leave clients with enhanced lips in terms of both color and shape. I can easily provide more definition to the outlines of lips, fix asymmetry and give a natural tint that can make lips appear fuller. Lip blush procedures can last from 1-3 years. Touch ups can be done once every 1-2 years to boost the color. It can also bring back color after having lip fillers done.

Beauty Marks and freckles are simple procedures that apply a small amount of pigment to the skin. Beauty marks can be placed where ever the client prefers. Freckles can be done with however much coverage the client desires. Only one session is needed for freckles unless the client decides to add more coverage. They last 1-3 years on average.

Color Corrections

Powder brows are the best option for color corrections and covering old permanent makeup. This procedure can help return brows back to a natual color. This procedure will take 1-2 sessions depending on the saturation level of the color to be corrected.

Li-FT Saline Tattoo Removal

Li-FT saline tattoo removal uses a salt-based solution to lighten and remove tattoo ink from the skin. It works through the natural process of osmosis. The solution helps bring ink up to the surface of the skin where it will then lightly peel away. It is the most natural form of removal and is free from harsh chemicals. This is a good method to lighten old over saturated work. It can also be used to remove only specific sections of the old permanent makeup to improve the shape. Tattoo removal is a slow process that can take many sessions. Sessions are spaced a minimum of 8 weeks apart to allow skin to adequately heal. Artist can never give an exact amount of sessions required to removal old permanent makeup. There are so many variables such as the type of ink used, depth it was implanted, how many times it had been tattooed that make each removal procedure unique.
